The Dilemma

Kareem and Hugo met on the first day of middle school and quickly became each other's most trusted confidants. Recently, Kareem's family announced they would be moving to a new city due to his parent's job change. Kareem feels anxious about leaving his school and friends behind, especially Hugo. Hugo, on the other hand, is trying to be supportive but is also sad about losing his best friend. Kareem is torn between the excitement of experiencing a new place and the fear of losing his current friendships. He knows that change is inevitable, but the thought of starting over is daunting. Hugo suggests they make the most of their remaining time together by creating a memory book filled with photos and notes. As they work on it, Kareem realizes the importance of cherishing the present while accepting the future. Kareem It's time to act.
