The Dilemma

Jae and Cassian were excited about the upcoming school dance. Cassian had heard that everyone was planning to wear the latest trendy outfits, and he was eager to fit in. Jae, however, had a different style and preferred wearing clothes that reflected their unique personality. As the dance approached, Cassian started feeling the pressure to conform and urged Jae to buy a trendy outfit so they wouldn't stand out. "Everyone's doing it," Cassian insisted. Jae felt torn. On one hand, they valued their friendship with Cassian and didn't want to feel out of place at the dance. On the other hand, Jae believed in staying true to themselves and feared losing their individuality by following the crowd.
